Refund and Returns Policy

Most of our sellers do offer return, refund and/or warranty. Please do not hesitate to check at the product’s “Warranty Policy” tab or ask our sellers using their “ASK SELLER” button. In the case, which the seller did not state their own refund and returns policy, the below standard policy applied.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

0.1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

0.2. The item must be in the original packaging.

0.3. Proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

0.4. If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please confirm with the seller for more details.

Exempt Goods

Several types of goods, usually perishable goods, are exempt from being returned, such as foods, beverages, flowers, supplements, medications, intimate goods, sanitary goods, books and magazines, etc. are usually cannot be returned. Other goods, such as gift cards, reload cards, downloadable products, are also frequently found in the list. For more details, please refer to the seller.

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

If you received any item not in its original condition, is damaged, have missing parts or even any reasons not due to seller error, please do not hesitate to discuss with seller for further action.

Upon request by the seller, you may have to send the goods back to the seller. Once your return is received and inspected, the seller will notify you that they have received your returned item, and will approve or reject your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days, or according to the processing time of each bank.

Late or missing refunds

0.1. If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

0.1. Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the seller.

0.2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of returning your item, unless stated otherwise in the seller’s refund and returns policy.

0.3. Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, if applicable, will be deducted from your refund.

0.4. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
