Buy on MyKepo

Both community membership account and seller business account can be used to buy products and services on MyKepo.

While browsing a product or service details, click ASK SELLER button to start a support ticket. Alternatively, you can go to the seller Info at the product description area and click on the seller's name to visit the store. You can also use the ASK SELLER button in their store. You can also follow their store using FOLLOW button or share their store with your friends using SHARE button.

All the enquiry tickets you started with sellers will be kept in your profile. After logging in to your profile, select SHOP in the menu and click on SELLER SUPPORT TICKETS in the sub-menu.

To buy products or services on MyKepo, click Shopping on header menu. Alternatively, you can check on Products On Sale or Product Category. You can search for products and services,  or checking on Best Selling Products and Featured Products too.

While browsing products and services, click Add to basket button to add the product or service to your cart. If there are other button instead of Add to basket, it is possibly meant that the product has no stock. Click the product or service or more details. Please do not hesitate to contact the seller (using ASK SELLER button) to enquire.

To checkout and pay for the item(s), click on the cart icon at the header menu. Alternatively, you can go to your profile, select SHOP and click on SHOPPING CART.

In your shopping cart, fill in all the necessary information. Be sure that your contact and shipping information is correct. If you have preset billing and shipping address, it can reduce your burden of having to enter your addresses all the time.

After completed filling in all the necessary information, select the payment method of your choice and proceed to payment accordingly.

To add or edit your billing and shipping addresses, log in to your profile, select SHOP in the menu and click on ADDRESSES in the sub-menu. Click the Edit button to start adding or editing. Click Save address button to save the address.

There are 3 payment methods available. You can pay with your credit/debit card, FPX and GrabPay e-wallet.

You can add your card information to your account prior to any purchases or while purchase. This can help to speed up your purchase. To do so, log in to your profile, select SHOP in the menu and click on PAYMENT METHODS in the sub-menu. Input your card information and click Add payment method button.

You have a choice to either save or not to save your credit card information. You can also add or remove your saved credit card information any time you like via your MyKepo account profile.

For your information, your credit card information (if you choose to save your credit card information while perform a purchase or saving it via your profile setting) will only be saved in the payment gateway's secure server. It will not be saved in MyKepo's server.

Nevertheless, for your safety, please always be careful when performing payment. Please always ensure that your device is free from spyware, malware, viruses, etc. Please also ensure that your transaction is not exposed to any risk before trigger the payment. We recommend using private window or incognito window in your browser when performing payment.

To track your orders, log in to your profile, select SHOP in the menu and click ORDERS in the sub-menu. You will be able to see all the orders you have made before.

Alternatively, you can also track your order by entering Order ID. To do so, log in to your profile, select SHOP in the menu and click TRACK in the sub-menu. Input the Order ID and click Track button.
